Welcome to Ameace Yoga,
I'm so pleased to have you with us and wanted to share some information about our September Soundbath event.
September is a threshold, a gentle turning of the wheel as we transition from the vibrant energy of summer into the grounding calm of autumn. Nature begins to soften and slow, and we’re invited to do the same.
This month’s sound bath is centered around transition and integration, honouring what’s come before, while grounding into the present moment with intention and clarity. Through sound, we’ll explore:
