ABOUT EMILY

I began my yoga journey in 2021 and quickly discovered that yoga is so much more than just a physical practice. Through it, I found deep healing and a stronger connection with myself, which ultimately inspired me to complete my first 200 hour teacher training in 2024. Since then, I’ve gone on to complete an additional 200 hours of training, bringing my total to 400 hours. In April 2025, I also completed my Soundbath training and became a Certified Sound Practitioner.

 

I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and sound with others and guiding students on their own paths of self-discovery and growth.

 

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, and Relaxation classes, always aiming to create a safe and welcoming space where students of all levels feel supported and at ease. My classes are thoughtfully themed and include elements of Pranayama, Meditation, and the mindful connection of breath and movement.

 

In addition to teaching yoga, I offer one-on-one and group sound journeys, carefully designed to support relaxation, healing, and energetic balance.

 

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice, I invite you to join me and connect more deeply with yourself, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
