Welcome to Ameace Yoga,
I'm so pleased to have you with us and wanted to share some information about our October Sound Bath event.
As the full moon begins to fade, her glow softens, inviting us to turn inward, release, and root deeply into stillness.
This evening sound bath offers a gentle space to slow down and reconnect with your inner rhythm, guided by the natural cycle of the releasing moon.
Through the grounding resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle drum, you’ll be led into a state of deep calm and restoration. The vibrations of sound will support the body in releasing what is no longer needed, creating space for peace, clarity, and renewal.
This is a sacred pause, a chance to exhale, rest, and let the earth hold you as the year begins to draw inward.

General Admission
To make your session even more enjoyable, we highly recommend bringing along a blanket, a pillow, and a bottle of water. Any other items that will increase your comfort are welcome! A kind request for guests not to arrive more than 10 minutes before the event begins to ensure the hall is set up and ready for your arrival. This will allow you enough time to get comfortable and settle into the space. Plenty of parking is also available on site.
